2. Licence grant
Subject to these terms and payment of applicable fees, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Software for your own internal business or personal use.
- You may not resell, sublicense, rent, lease, distribute, or otherwise make the Software available to third parties.
- You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software, except to the extent such restriction is not permitted by law.
- You may not modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the Software.
- You may not use the Software to provide a competing commercial software product or service.
3. Nature of the Software
The Software is a desktop document preparation tool. Features may include converting Word files to PDF, combining selected files into a single PDF, loading a submission register, previewing file name changes, and applying renames to support a submission workflow.
The Software may not work with all Word documents, PDF files, naming structures, formatting rules, Microsoft Office installations, or business workflows. You are responsible for checking all outputs, file names, and document presentation before relying on them.
4. Trial, pricing and billing
The Software may be made available on a trial basis before payment is charged. If a trial is offered, details of the trial period and billing timing will be presented at or before checkout.
- The Software is offered for a one-time fee for the licensed version, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
- Any trial access ends automatically at the end of the stated trial period unless cancelled beforehand.
- After the trial period ends, the applicable purchase amount becomes payable and the licence is treated as accepted.
You are responsible for reviewing the pricing and billing details presented at checkout before completing your order.
5. No refunds
Except as required by applicable law, all sales are final and no refunds are provided after the applicable billing or trial period has elapsed.
6. No support or maintenance obligation
The Software is provided without any ongoing support, maintenance, service levels, bug-fix commitment, upgrade commitment, or compatibility commitment. Any assistance, updates, or fixes may be provided at the licensor's sole discretion.
7. Future versions and upgrades
The licensor may release new versions, upgrades, updates, alternative products, or replacement products at any time. These may require a separate purchase and may not be compatible with the current version. Purchase of the Software does not entitle you to future versions or upgrades unless expressly stated otherwise.
8. User responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for verifying all outputs, file names, merged PDFs, and converted documents before use or distribution.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of original files, registers, and exported files.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring the Software is suitable for your intended purpose and workflow.
- You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and contractual obligations in your use of the Software.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Software is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties or guarantees of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
This includes, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, reliability, compatibility, or error-free operation.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the licensor is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss or damage, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, opportunity, data, files, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with the Software.

- The licensor is not responsible for incompatibility with particular Microsoft Office versions, PDF readers, file naming conventions, or document preparation workflows.
- The licensor is not responsible for inability to access the Software due to internet, device, account, licensing, or third-party service issues.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the licensor's total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Software is limited to the amount actually paid by you for the Software.
11. Termination
This licence terminates automatically if you breach these terms. On termination, you must cease using the Software and, if requested, uninstall and delete all copies in your possession or control.
12. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Where the law permits the licensor to limit a remedy, the licensor's liability is limited, at its option, to resupply, repair, replacement, or the cost of resupply of the Software.
13. Third-party software
The Software may include or rely on third-party software components that are licensed under separate open-source or third-party licence terms. Those components are not licensed to you under these terms. Applicable third-party notices and licence information are provided separately with the Software.
14. Changes to these terms
The licensor may update these terms for future versions or future downloads of the Software. The version of the terms made available with your version of the Software will apply to that version unless otherwise required by law.
